Shipping Policy / Free Shipping Policy

Depending on the size of the item, we use Canada Post, Canpar, Fedex, UPS or Purolator.  If the product is in inventory, your order should ship within 2 business days following your order.  High value items shipments must be signed for by the recipient, no exception.  Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.  Make sure to double check your delivery address.

Bikes will usually ship within 5-7 business days depending on time of the year.

Our free shipping policy does not apply to bikes and scooters.

Our free shipping offer and our shipping rates do NOT apply to the NWT, Yukon, Nunavut and Labrador, remote areas or areas that do not have year round road access. 

Shipping fees for bikes to the above is an extra 400$.  For other items, please contact us.  We charge you the actual shipping cost, nothing more.
