Please note that the product must be returned unused (for bikes, not ridden), unopened containers, in original packaging including all tags (this applies to bikes as well), the receipt will also be needed. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. To return any product you must call or email our customer service reps to discuss the problem and to obtain a return authorization number(RMA).
