You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused (for bikes, not ridden), unopened containers, in original packaging including all tags (this applies to bikes as well), the receipt will also be needed. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. To return any product you must call or email our customer service reps to discuss the problem and to obtain a return authorization number(RMA).

All unopened supplements purchased from us can be returned for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of date of purchase. After 30 days, it is a case-by-case basis.
For any damaged, missing or broken seal products, please contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery of the parcel. Do not dispose of packing materials before the matter is addressed. It is a requirement of the couriers.
