Warranty
Gravity Scooters are guaranteed against original defects of conformity for a period of:
- 5 years for Cr-Mo chassis
- 2 years for Aluminum chassis
- Components such as wheels, handlebars, brakes, and forks have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty (the warranty does not include wear components such as tires or brake pads)
EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover non-conformities caused by accident, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper use, lack of maintenance, improper assembly, improperly performed repairs, replacement of parts or accessories, and / or normal wear and tear or deterioration due to its use.
5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON FOES FRAMES
Beginning January 1, 2020-Foes Mountain bikes warrants the original owner that a new Foes bicycle frame is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Five (5) years from the date of the original purchase, by the original consumer. This warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship. Foes limited warranties do not apply to any part attached to the bicycle. Paint finish and stickers are covered under a limited one year warranty if deemed defective. The original owner will be responsible for any labor and shipping charges to and from Foes racing associated with the repair or replacement of all parts under Foes limited warranties.
WHAT FOES WILL DO UNDER THE WARRANTY
Foes will repair or replace the part that is deemed by Foes to fall under the terms of this warranty. This limited warranty is made ONLY to the original owner and is not transferable. All claims must be accompanied by the original bill of sale or proof of purchase that identifies the bicycle frame by serial number to the original owner. The original owner is responsible to provide this and cover any or all labor and transportation charges associated with the warranty repair or replacement of parts.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Damage due to accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear, improper assembly, improper fit, improper use of dual crown forks, poor maintenance, or use of parts inconsistent with the original intended design for the bicycle, are not covered by this warranty. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
PEDAL ASSIST OR E-BIKE MODIFICATIONS
Foes Racing will deny all warranty claims if the frame has been modified or utilized with any pedal assist or Ebike rear wheel drive motors no matter the power output or weight of the product in question. Standard non-ebike frames are not designed for the weight and the load of these modifications and they may lead to premature frame failures or damage to linkage and suspension.
WHAT IF YOUR FRAME IS NOT COVERED?
If the warranty claim on your Foes frame is determined to be invalid, Foes Racing can offer a comparable replacement frame, swingarm, or front triangle at a reduced price based on current available inventory. Please call or email for pricing and availability.
The Magicshine lighting system is warrantied for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you register the lighting system on the Magicshine Website you will receive a bonus 6 month warranty. Battery packs and AC adapters have a 12 month warranty, integrated batteries have a 24 month warranty, however, there is no bonus warranty available.
The warranty is limited to defects in material and workmanship on the lighting system itself, the battery pack and the AC adapter.

The warranty is only valid if the affected parts have not been tampered with and there is no intentional damage. Please keep your proof of purchase in a safe place. Proof of purchase must be presented in the event of any claim. Please contact the specialist retailer from whom you purchased the device for complaint or warranty claim.

In the Event of a justified warranty claim and delivery of a replacement device, you will only be entitled to a model available when replacing. The manufacturer retains the right to make technical modifications.
