The PHOENIX harness meets the most extreme requirements in terms of lightweight and comfort (390 Gr). Due to its tensile strength and performance it is perfectly suited for the use in competition that requires the highest quality materials.
Key feature of the PHOENIX harness is the use of the form and technology of an X-Back type pulling harness combined with a unique and innovative advantage, that is the possibility of adjusting the 5 essential parts in order to make the harness perfectly fit the dog’s morphology when it is in intensive pulling position.
This harness can be adjusted on both sides of the neck to make the neckline diameter perfectly fit the dog’s neck.
- A second adjustment allows for adapting the belly straps of the harness to be well positioned in the area of the dog’s ribs.
- A third adjustment allows for precision adjustment of the lateral connection between the belly part of the harness and the upper neck, in order to distribute the tensile force evenly on the straps between the lower and the upper part of the neck.
- The fourth adjustment allows for adapting the distance between the two belly straps, ensuring a perfect fit depending on the shape of the chest, and avoids the harness' turning from side to side.
- The fifth adjustment allows for fixing the back parts, so that the harness perfectly fits the dog’s body.
- The adjustment buckles are made of plastic and avoid discomfort or injury of the dog.

For intensive use or use in competition it is recommended to sew the adjustable parts of the harness having been perfectly adapted after several real-life tests to ensure the harness is a firmly fixed single piece.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused (for bikes, not ridden), unopened containers, in original packaging including all tags (this applies to bikes as well), the receipt will also be needed. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. To return any product you must call or email our customer service reps to discuss the problem and to obtain a return authorization number(RMA).

All unopened supplements purchased from us can be returned for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of date of purchase. After 30 days, it is a case-by-case basis.
For any damaged, missing or broken seal products, please contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery of the parcel. Do not dispose of packing materials before the matter is addressed. It is a requirement of the couriers.
