1- What does 1TDC mean: TetraDecanol Complex, which is the molecular name. 1TDC is a patented blend of fatty acid oils.
2- What is 1TDC made from? 1TDC is a proprietary blend of fatty acid oils from beef tallow derived from grass-fed animals.
3- If my pet is allergic to beef can I use 1TDC? Yes, allergies come from protein and 1TDC is a fatty acid. So your pet should be safe.
4- What are the main differences between 1TDC and fish oil? 1TDC has an affinity for white blood cells, which makes it a more targeted and effective solution. Additionally, 1TDC is a transdermal, which gives it the ability to effectively be absorbed and work locally.
5- Does 1TDC replace the need for fish oil? Omega 3 fish oils provide great general health benefits. However, when it comes to joint health, 1TDC provides superior results. Also, fish oils provide very limited periodontal benefit. Therefore, continue to use fish oils for general health and add 1TDC for superior gum and joint health results.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused (for bikes, not ridden), unopened containers, in original packaging including all tags (this applies to bikes as well), the receipt will also be needed. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. To return any product you must call or email our customer service reps to discuss the problem and to obtain a return authorization number(RMA).

All unopened supplements purchased from us can be returned for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of date of purchase. After 30 days, it is a case-by-case basis.
For any damaged, missing or broken seal products, please contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery of the parcel. Do not dispose of packing materials before the matter is addressed. It is a requirement of the couriers.
